Description:

Level 1 of the Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing focuses on self-healing.
In these difficult times, it is more important than ever to bring loving energy to our world.
My level 1 course introduces Reiki energy and focuses on self-healing practices. I give guidance on how to bring reiki healing to family and close friends.
I will provide a manual and also a certificate at the end.

Reiki healing uses a gentle technique to help balance energy in the body.
This natural, universal energy promotes self-healing and deep relaxation.
We will learn this complementary, holistic approach.

I offer the Reiki Level 1 course as a one-on-one class over 6 weekly 1 hr sessions. This is to allow time for the students to explore and integrate Reiki between sessions.

I am a Reiki Master and a full spiritual healer with the NFSH/The Healing Trust. My sessions are at Satyam Yoga and Wellbeing Centre in Chesterton or Orwell House on Cowley Rd, Cambridge. I also volunteer with the Andreasen Holistic Healing Centre.
