Paul teaches the spirit of Aikido - the way to inner and outer harmony - in a six-day residential intensive.



Paul uses the principles of Ki-training and an understanding of the essence of Aikido to help students connect with their true and essential selves.



Aikido is a spiritual discipline that complements the path of Reiki. Through the physical movement of Ki-exercises, explore the potential to be centered and strong. Learn to move from your center as you discover the practice of Reiki Principles refined and deepened.



Cost:  £730 (includes workshop fees, accommodation and meals
