25th Anniversary of The Reiki Association

To celebrate this important passage for The Reiki Association, you are invited to a vibrant weekend of music, Reiki, and sharing our history and experiences together.

Joining us from Canada will be Rick Bockner - one of Hawayo Takata’s twenty-two masters, together with band duo Martin Blake and Aidan Sheehan, Reiki Master Mel Hoffstead, and surprise guests Paul Mitchell and Carlos Sanchez.

This will be a weekend to remember so book now!

Non-residential bookings

You can still attend the Gathering as a non-residential visitor. This INCLUDES all meals, except breakfasts, from Friday night through to Sunday, and attendance at the events.

This can be ideal if you live within easy reach or would like to arrange your own accommodation.

The Reiki Association was the first community membership organisation for Reiki, and has been the inspiration and model for other such groups all over the world.  Take some time with us and admire the community we have built together, celebrate Reiki and have a lot of fun! Reiki Master Mel Hoffstead will be 'master' of ceremonies for this great weekend.

Our guest speaker for this special weekend is Rick Bockner.  Rick will talk with us about his experiences with Reiki and his understanding of how to live the five Principles in daily life.  He will also bring his guitar and his songs to share with us in an evening concert with band duo, Martin Blake and Aiden Sheehan.

We will have time to tell our stories, have a Reiki share or two, play as well as listen to music, enjoy wonderful food, and generally celebrate 25 years together in the energy of Reiki.  You are encouraged to bring musical instruments, a poem, or a rant!

Martin Blake and Aidan Sheehan are two musicians from the Welsh borders who play a startling variety of acoustic instruments and styles. They met Rick Bockner at a Reiki Gathering at Buckland Hall in Bwlch, Wales a good few years ago and created an instant musical partnership. Although it is a while since their last meeting, both parties have very fond memories of their musical soirees and are really thrilled to be taking part in a "return match".
